This week has been nuts. Although my body is recovering well....my mind is dragging a little. I've had a house full of people since Thurday and as much as I love them......"fish and company".... I'm tired. I need to rest. But .....I don't think I realized that every oppertunity to rest, I feel like I'm stealing time from my other child. She's done wonderful but is now starting to realize the time that a baby takes....and take attention from her (even though she still gets plenty). She doesn't understand the recovery process for my body.
As for him...he's good. He gave us that little scare at the beginning not breathing well. He had lost weight as his follow-up but had gained 1.5oz at the next follow-up. He's considered a preemie. Yes, he's small but he's not small at the same time. Had he been any later he would have been huge. He's already getting more alert, turning his head toward voices...following conversation. Never thought I'd have a "little" baby. It's kinda nice. I think that's what's made recovery easier.
I'm anxious to start excercising again. Didn't realize how much I've become dependent on walking as an outlet, as "me" time. I'm looking forward to getting back into that routine. I'll slap little man into the stroller and roll!
Well...I hope everyone else has been good while I've been MIA! I'll be posting more pics soon as I get up to speed. For now...I'm going to catch up on the rest I've missed for the last week.

Good for you.
Nice to see y'all yesterday too.
Hang in there hunny! You'll be back to walking in no time and he'll be loving the strolling walks. as long as it is not 100degrees out! :)
Take care of you.
Just say "Get Out!" in a scary voice and make your eyes roll up in your head and then have your head spin around a few times. They should get the message.
As for him being early... Considering how much he weighed at birth, it's a good thing he didn't cook for the recommended time!
